Letter From Gregory Whiteside (San Quentin Death Row) to Gregg Harris:

 

February 23, 2021 – Tuesday

Dear Gregg,

“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days sayeth the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; and their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.” Hebrews 10:16-17

     Hello there my brother!!! I just wanted to shoot you a few lines to add some JOY to your day as well as let you know that I'm still doing just fine in here these days.  We are finally got off quarantine this week and they have opened up a few more programs for us inmates in here this week so HALLELUJAH FOR THAT!!!    (Whiteside then spoke of COVID vaccinations, the joy of reconnecting with his family over the phone, and that soon inmates will be given email-capable computer tablets!)

     I've also included with this letter a poem that I wrote for all of my loved ones for Valentine's Day that I hope will add some JOY to your day.

     Other than all of that, I’ve been staying in prayer for you, the ministry, and all of our loved ones; and staying in the Scriptures daily, as well as doing my daily devotionals and I’ve been blessed continually for it.  I continue to count my many blessings and PRAISE THE LORD FOR THE AWESOME LOVE MERCY & GRACE HE SHOWS ME DAILY… GOD IS SO GOOD INDEED!!! YES, HE IS!  I thank Him for bringing people like you into my life, and I appreciate all that you are and all that you do for the Lord, as well as all of the souls that you are bringing to His Throne of Grace… YOU ARE THE BEST MY BROTHER!!!

     ALRIGHTY THAT!!! I LOVE YOU, MY BROTHER!!! YOU STAY STRONG IN THE LOVE OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD AND I WILL DO THE SAME OK!!! KEEP ON SMILING FOR ME!!! HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY MY BROTHER!!! AND UNTIL NEXT TIME…                  -PEACE TO YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER-
